The wine offers up a pretty bouquet of rosehip, red apple, smoky citrus oils, and fresh bread, followed by a medium to full-bodied, elegantly vinous palate framed by ripe acids and a delicate suggestion of phenolics that only amplifies the sapid, saline qualities that define this rosé's vibrant finish. I suspect this will show even better with another year on the cork.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e(AG=92)\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e The deeply-colored NV Rosé Zero is just as intense on the palate. A wine of uncommon depth and richness, the Rosé Zero has so much to offer. Readers should expect a rich, vinous Rosé built on texture and breadth. I loved it. The Rosé Zero could use another year or so in bottle to meld together, but it is incredibly deep and flavorful, even in the early going. The blend is 90% Chardonnay from Avize and Cramant, and 10% still Pinot from Ambonnay.
